OPTION II unit, incorporation of GemaTech's SVRLITE
secure voice recording module provides the added

Telecom etc) exchange both before an invocation and
also after the inbound calls have been re-directed.

which protect against failure caused by third part
intervention - the cut telephone cable during road

also provide resilient storage facilities for those

premises based storage servers are susceptible

recording solution but have not yet done so, the

(BT, COLT Telecom etc) exchange provides a golden
opportunity to secure a truly resilient voice recording
solution which will not only record all inbound
and outbound calls made to and from a customer's
conventional office during normal working - but

recording inbound calls when these calls are being
re-directed by the BCMLITE following an interruption
of normal working.
